By downloading, installing, or using Astromagi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Astromagi is a personal astrology application that provides horoscopes, natal chart analysis, AI-powered astrological guidance, oracle card readings, and compatibility analysis. The content is personalized based on your birth data.

3. Entertainment Purpose

Astromagi is designed for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. The astrological content, predictions, and guidance provided should not be considered as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or other life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate birth data for personalized content
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account with others
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Astromagi offers one premium subscription plan (Astromagi Pro) with monthly and yearly billing options
• The yearly option may include a 1-week free trial for eligible users
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions if not cancelled before the trial ends

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We cannot process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Astromagi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by Yutoriverse and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share copyrighted content from the App without permission
• Use automated systems to access the App

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of astrological predictions or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Yutoriverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
