Subscription & Billing

  • Astromagi Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID.
  • To manage or cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • For Apple billing refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore Purchases

If your subscription is not showing as active, open Astromagi and use the restore purchases option in Settings, then restart the app.

Troubleshooting

  • Update Astromagi to the latest version from the App Store.
  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Restart your iPhone.
